I am looking for a skilled flutter developer to complete our public transport app project.

Specific features needed in the app include:

- Ticket booking and payment
- User reviews and ratings

Note: app in flutter & backend PHP laravel

I have rough ideas for the design but will need help with designing from scratch.

The app should be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.
