The application will allow citizens to:
Take a photo of a public anomaly (waste, potholes, various damages, etc.).
Automatically geolocate the issue using GPS.
Submit the photo and a brief description directly to the municipality via the app.
Track the progress of their report (new, in progress, resolved).
