Rental app make iOS and Android and website. Read first!!

I am looking for a developer to create a rental app for iOS and Android, as well as a website using Wordpress. The app will primarily feature equipment rentals. The essential feature for the app is Payment Gateway Integration. Additionally, I would like to include a user rating and review system. The website will be built on Wordpress. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile app development, Payment Gateway Integration, and Wordpress website development. Chat inside. Google fb login for easy adding new users. Geolocation is needed for search (don't show results outside 20-30km)
App is main use for this.
Any user can add as many ads or rental wanted. Like want to rent a bike or rent a tool. Will be chosen how to be calculated in setup by user. Like it's on hour or it is buy days on like cars... All payment is done in app no Cash flow. Application adds like 10% fee for us owners of app. All rest goes to users... Money is secure until task is finnished. Than money goes to seller. Rental owner. Also user must verify identity to start using app. Because of stilling etc... Necessary is reviewing and stars so users know who to trust who not. Account well be tight to phone number also.
We are looking only for those who had similar ready made solutiksn that can adjust to our needs not for startup from scratch it would take long time and money. We only have domain nothing else. All must be done by you. Also needed source code and later updates... Some ads integration is also needed to be implemented like Google ads or similar in app but not popup or so... We need support at least 3 month after sale and after publishing this app from you...
If you have similar app readymade let us see it on use and market and must be given all passwords and source codes for app and website management.
So according to categories also some works can be rented like clean my house. Clean my car.. fix me boiler so you can easily find specialist for exact task... This will be like fixed rate also possible to put... For tasks like that... Will be put to some other categore... We will ad many categoreis for rentals... Not rooms or condos. Only equipment, card, bikes, rent a help, find a help with plumbing, electric, etc... Cut my grass, etc rent a equipment and people can land any equipment on fixed or daily or hourly rate...
