Rental Bike Mobile App with Admin dashboard on Web

We need a cloud-based Native mobile application and Admin dashboard to manage their business to provide bikes on rent for customers. They need complete solution from the end-user to admin side.
PROPOSED SOLUTION :
The proposed solution will allow Mr. Vijay to create a category on the application with the help of the Super Admin Panel, end-users will book bikes, sign agreements,s and do payments via online payment gateways or Cash on the booking spot.
Deliverable:
1. End User Native application (cross-platform for Android as well as iOS)
2. Super Admin and Admin Dashboard (web)
Project Description:
Design Creation & integration: We will create a new application and dashboard design for the client matching to its logo and branding material provided. Upon client approval, the design will be integrated into the software.
1. SMS Gateway integration: the API will be provided by us for the SMS gateway. You need to integrate the same.
2. Mobile Number based Sign up & Sign in.
3. Bike selection and booking.
4. Payment gateway.
5. Tracking system management. (GPS API will be provided by us)
6. Payment on the spot via Cash.
7. Bike availability status.
The functionality of End User:
• End-user can register themselves by using a Mobile numbers and E-mail IDs.
• End-users have to upload their identity proofs that will be verified by Admin or Super
Admin.
• They can create a booking by entering the name of points in the root map.
• End-user can make payment by an online gateway or by cash also.
• They can review about service and leave a note that will be visible for Admin and
Super Admin.
• End users will get invoices on their application that can be downloaded in pdf format.
• End-user can report an issue by raising the ticket on the application, that will be
visible for Admin and Super Admin.
• They can do forget password operation.
• End user can edit their profile information.
• End-user can schedule booking in advance and pay for their bookings.
The functionality of Super Admin:
• Super Admin can create/update/delete Admins.
• Super Admin can create a Category and can upload information about bikes and
images of bikes.
• Super Admin can book bikes offline also (on spot booking).
• Super Admin can receive payment offline and update on his panel.
• Super Admin can block end users, verify end users by the information provided by
them.
• Super Admin can check the transactions done by users via payment gateway.
• He can approve the booking of users that will be done on the application.
• Super Admin can change the banner image of the application, and can change the
price of the bikes.
• He can track the bikes. (Via GPS)

• Admin can upload information about bikes and images of bikes but cannot delete information in the application.
• Admin can book bike offline also (on spot booking).

• He can approve the booking of users that will be done on the application.
• Admin cannot change the banner image of the application, and can change the price of the bikes.
