Rental App MVP Development

I’m looking to get a lean, cross-platform MVP built for my property-rental business. The goal is a working proof of concept that runs on both iOS and Android, letting users:

• Browse available properties
• Secure a booking through an in-app booking system
• Pay directly in the app (card or UPI gateway—whichever you can wire up fastest)
• Receive real-time notifications for confirmations and reminders

I only need core screens, basic branding, and straightforward flows; no advanced analytics or marketing extras at this stage. A lightweight backend or Firebase setup is fine as long as it keeps bookings and payments in sync.

Please include:
– Tech stack you’d use for a single shared codebase
– A brief timeline for a clickable prototype and then the functional build
– Any similar rental or e-commerce apps you’ve shipped

Deliverables: a compiled test version for both stores, source code, and concise setup notes so I can hand it to future developers.
