Would like a website that supports english and right to left languages for members to swap money between any 2 countries. Want to be able to have a home page in both languages that provides all info about the business and how it operates. Want customers sigh up and be able to browse a pool of requests to send and or receive money. Any customer on the opposite end can accept then moved to a pending position and info on how to make the exchange.
