Relaunch Android IOS Business App

need an experienced developer to reverse engineer and relaunch my nearly completed Android business app, "Life is Just a Touch Away."

We’re looking for an experienced Android and IOS Developer who can help us relaunch an unfinished mobile app project called "Life is Just a Touch Away." The app was originally built in Kotlin (possibly Java) around 2019 by a developer on Freelancer. We currently can only find the APK file, and are still searching for the original source code. We might be able to find it or get it from the previous developer

Objective:
We need someone who can:

1. Analyze the APK to determine whether reverse engineering is possible and practical.


2. Extract or rebuild the source code (if necessary) to the closest working version.

3. Assess what’s working and what still needs to be completed to get the app launch-ready.


4. Fix any bugs or compatibility issues and ensure the app meets modern Android standards.


5. Provide ongoing development support (ideal candidate will be open to a long-term working relationship for updates and future app projects).



Who We Are:
I'm a project manager, not a developer. This app was built as a passion project with significant investment by my client but never launched. We're now looking for someone who can help us finish what we started — affordably and reliably.

Requirements:

Strong experience in Android development (Kotlin/Java)

Experience with reverse engineering APKs (preferred)

Clean, well-documented code

Fluent English communication

Budget-friendly and honest approach

Willingness to work on future projects and updates


Budget:
We’re working with a limited budget for this phase but are open to fair, reasonable quotes. The goal is to find someone we can rely on for the long term.

Deliverables:

Technical analysis of the APK

Quote and plan for rebuilding or restoring the app

Functioning version of the app with any agreed-upon fixes

Updated version on Google Play apple platforms

I attached a overview of components and completion dates however there is not the live video feed component in there which is something we were working on before client went ill
