Refine Filters with Natural Look

I have now tried to get sensible bids and estimates but keep getting "we need a month salary so we do not give a damned about the customer as long as he can pay the salary and it is AR so we need to squeeze a lot here" bids.
Please, it is just simple code!
I'm looking for a skilled developer with a keen eye for aesthetics, to fine tune my current beauty filters within my existing app. I'm aiming for a soft, natural makeup effect, rather than an overdone or 'cakey' look.

14 filters
2-3 must be adjusted in single mode
all must be balanced in multi-mode
Using:
- iOS-ARkit, the filters are in 6 files with approximately 1200 lines of filter code
- Android-mediapipe, the filters are in 5 files with approximately 1500 lines of filter code
This is key information if you know how long it takes to analyse those approx. 2700 lines. It takes me less than three hours to do it for reference. I can even give you paths to it. And it is simple to read for anyone.
Work to do:
- adjust filters. The app is working! Please read again! Did you read?
- approx. 80% of the adjustment time must be spent on the multi filters the other two is to adjust the already single filters.
Background
The original bid and the final work they HAVE DONE (past tense) is 112 hours to create the filters from scratch and create the filters including adjustments (happy to show it to you too) so it will certainly not be any 160 hours.
The other developer team is working on the app and who I have shared the bids with is now wondering if it is milking cow mode the developer here is in when they hear the outrageous bid levels!
It has now gone so far that even they say in those hoursc we can do it ourselves and teach us how to do the job even and they say this is ridiculous estimates "we can do the android filters ourselves”.
But what is more interesting is what you do. You come across as incompetent with more hours than as a “quality minded” person many babble about.

- A good round estimate for this is 40 hours per area -> iOS 40 hours and android is 40 hours = 80 hours.
- Do not come up with 3 days of setting it up. My developers do it in one hour. And do not say it takes time to downgrade to a lower version. We know on the minute how long it takes. I have soon heard all idiotic estimates on this.
- You have ONE WEEK to do the job. You can work night and day if you want to but one week is the time you have. Do not bid if you do not understand this sentence properly.
There is another team working who can point you to the point where the code is and what you should do. Do not exaggerate and come up with silly estimates. We know pretty well what time everything takes.
Key Requirements:
- Familiarity with current beauty filter technology and design
- Experience in fine tuning filter effects
- Ability to enhance filters to add subtle, makeup-like effects
- Strong understanding of colour balance, brightness and contrast for optimal results
- Respect for delivering a quality user experience
There won't be any new codes written—we're enhancing pre-existing features. This project involves solely adjusting the performance of current design elements. An ideal candidate would have a strong background in photo editing software and a firm grasp on what makes a filter stand out, but still look natural. I appreciate your interest in this project and look forward to your proposals.

I have been in the industry for 46 years (yes, before the PC existed in the 70's) and 35 years are professional + I have 2xMasters of science degrees from the worlds tope 3 universities, managed teams’ of 1000 developers, worked for mobile phone companies. Yes, you MUST prove experience in filters and show evidence.
You also must sign an NDA in pdf format that is my own. and Frelancer is forced to approve it since according to country law they cannot prohibit me.
