Recommendations for best android device for my requirements.

Hi. Im looking an Android device for my requirements. the price dont matter:

- As much as possible mAh for long duration batery.
- very good camera like last iphones versions.
- good ram, processor and HD
- water resister is not mandatory but will be nice.
