I'm looking for a developer to build an Android app using React Native, which incorporates real-time notifications. The app should include:

- Push Notifications
- In-App Notifications

The notifications will be triggered by:

- User Actions (e.g., messages, likes)
- System Events (e.g., updates, errors)
