Real-time Expert Availability Feature Development

I need a developer to create a feature that allows users to see the real-time availability of “Experts.” The user should be able to call these experts via audio-only WebRTC calls. When the call is made, the expert on the other end of the line should have the option to accept or reject the call. If the expert accepts, a communication channel should be established until the call is terminated.
