I'm in need of a web-based software application that can track and monitor vehicle data, specifically speed and location, in real-time. The software should be quick to develop using open-source code, with features such as:

- Login Accessibility: The software needs to have a login feature for secure access.
- Cloud Connectivity: It should be compatible with cloud connectivity for data storage and retrieval.
- Mobile Access: The software should be a mobile-friendly web app, optimized for Windows, making it accessible on-the-go.
- USB Interface: A USB interface is needed for data input/output.
- Geofencing Capabilities: The software should provide geofencing features to disable the system and
send alerts if the vehicle breaches the fence.
- Path Display and Recording: It should be able to display and record the vehicle's path.
-Report Generation and Alerting.
-Logging and Counting of events such as Entry and Exit Point.
