I want to bring a dedicated real-estate property-listing experience to the mobile stores, so the entire project centres on a clean, reliable application that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The key workflow is simple: owners or agents add a listing in an admin interface, and house-hunters scroll, filter, map-search, swipe through photos, save favourites and tap a contact button that fires their enquiry straight to the agent.
Here is what I need you to handle from start to finish:
• Design and build the iOS and Android apps with a modern, intuitive UI.
• Set up the back-end (Firebase, Supabase or a lightweight Node/Postgres stack are all fine) to store listings, images and user favourites, and to push real-time updates when new properties go live.
• Implement core features: search & filter (price, beds, location, property type), interactive map view, photo & video galleries, and in-app enquiry forms.
• Provide basic admin access so my team can add, edit or archive listings without touching code.
• Package, test and prepare both builds for release in the App Store and Google Play, including help with store assets and submission.
The engagement is complete when each store hosts a production-ready build, the admin portal is reachable, and the codebase (with documentation) is handed over in a private repository.
