QR Reader System - Asistencia
We need a QR Reader System for a School.
It should read Contact Information from QR codes and look for the student data in a database, display the information and log the time in database for absense of the student. If the student logged it before, the system should display a message that the student have been logged his absence before. The system should be able to work on both iOS and Android platforms. We desire it like a web app, but we can hear options.
We attached images telling the story from the moment the students show his QR Code and the system displays different messages.
We need security, different types of users to log in the system. First stage, we need to have a user for open the system in the iPads. Inside of this, we need a super admin profile and another profiles (every user should have his user and password) and this profile should be able to click in “Help” button and log the students absence manually with the Student Code or look for the name of the student (images attached telling the story). When the system log the absence of the student one column has to save if the student absence was logged automatically or if the student absence was logged manually and who of the profiles logged it manually.
Requirements:
- Ability to read Contact Information QR codes
- Display the information from the QR codes
- Log time for the students absence, in a second reading in the same day, the student should display a message that it has been done previously.
- It has to work friendly and quick.
- The information display for the absent logging should be seconds (min 2 seconds) in the screen but if I scan another QR Code I need to display the new info.
- Display the information from the database found by the QR Code Info (every student has a code to identify them in the database)
- Compatibility with both iOS and Android platforms
- The interface should be beautiful (images attached about desired interface. Like this or better.).
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing QR Reader Systems
- Experience in designing systems with beautiful interfaces.
- Provide a training about the system developed and how to implement it, in case we want to re-implement.
- The interface of the system should be in Spanish.
- Proficiency in mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms
- Knowledge of QR code scanning and parsing techniques
