React native app (ios+android) + management section

Hi,
i need to develop a mobile application for both android and ios. The app is pretty simple:
- Homepage with links to different forms and a video showcase
- Form page where people can submit text and files
- Profile page where user can edit their data
- Login page

The management section is pretty simple too:
- Admin can send messages and notification to users
- Admin see the submitted data by users
- Admin can manage users data
