React Native developer needed for Android app for NFT art frame

We are an immersive tech startup bringing an NFT art frame to market. The frame will be controlled by a web app (not in the scope of work for this post) that allows the user to connect their Ethereum wallet and load their assets to be displayed and added to playlists.

The frame will come in three sizes all running various Rockchip SoC's with Android. We need a React Native developer to build an Android app (supporting Android version 7.1 and 4.4) that the frame will automatically launch on boot and will have the following functionality:

1. Allow the user to configure the wifi on the device
2. Allow the user to power off the device
3. Use a webview to display the user's NFT content served from the frame management web app
4. The webview should allow the user to swipe through art and navigate through pages served from the web app and only the web app
5. Allow the user to configure the wifi at any time without leaving the ap through a menu that displays on touch
6. OTA updates to allow us to update the app
