React Native app (iOS & android) collect statistics

I need an app developed with React Native for IOS and Android to collect statistis of use, this will be embbed in another app and run at background; should store the data in a local db at the device and send the data to a restful api when a wifi network be enable. The app should have this features and collect this info at less 3 times by day:
* How many emails in and out from gmail or icloud services?
* How many pics and videos was taked from the device and his duration?
* How many alarms was setted?
* How many ibooks, audiobooks, podcast and song has on itunes or google play?
* meter used traffic over wifi and data services
* How many wi-fi networks was stored?
* How many time was active the screen?
*get model, OS version, mark, memory used and abable, storage used and abable, IMEI/Serial, phone numeber from device
* How many contacts has the device?
* What are the top 10 used app? and how many time was running? and the network use?
* How many contacts has the device?
* How many photos and videos have?
* How many audios/songs and videos was played?
* How many email was send and recive?
* How many call was call and recive? and total duration?
* geo location track
* List of installed app (category, version, name)
* how many events registred on main calendar
* how many notes storded has on the default app.
* use a file to store the configuration (key,url,secret) for the restful service.
Restful web service developed with laravel php just to create new records (no updates, deletes or selects) and store on Ms sql server and autenticate with a key and secret key.
All with his source code, or list of external resources.
Should pass an OWASP Mobile Top 10 audit and OWASP Top 10.
