React Native App requires Minor Updates

Hello , we have a established react native app that requires the following update
1. URL thats entered initially should be connected to its respective DB
2. App should work on Android 5 and above
3. Checkpoints : should show current checkpoints in the DB
4. Tags should be submitted to the DB under its designated api (patrolling section in portal)
5. register tag should register the label + tag info to the respective DB (under Checkpoints in portal)
