React Native App With Tensorflow - Disease & Nitrogen Detection in Leaves

I need an application that can detect nitrogen in the leaves through the camera, and can also find out plant diseases by scanning the leaves.
It is mandatory to use React Native, Tensorflow and work using Windows OS because I don't have a computer with an iOS operating system.
First testing, the application must be installed on an Android phone.
Must include program documentation so that I can innovate again.
