React Native, Android Developer

I am looking for Sr. React Native and Android Developer. I have a react native project built with Expo, typescript. But I couldn't publish app to google store, because android sdk version is 30 which means it's not compatible on google store.
All features are completed as well and iOS has been already submitted.
So I think Expo version should be upgraded to the latest version. It's very urgent to me and I want to publish android as soon as possible. As long as android sdk version is 31 or higher, I can get app published on google store.

I am looking for someone who can handle this problem shortly.
