React Native Android App with TTlock Integration

I'm looking for an experienced React Native developer to create a dynamic mobile app for Android. The app will interact with TTlock using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). the app should be a simplification of the original TTlock app.

Key Features:
- The app must add and remove TTlock compatible locks.
- Once the lock is added, the user will only have the option to open the lock by pressing a button.
- The lock opens by communicating via Bluetooth with the mobile phone.
- There is no need to have a user authentication system

Key Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in React Native and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology.
- Experience building dynamic, interactive mobile apps.
- Understanding of user interface design principles.

Please note, in this project, every user will be an administrator, managing locks directly within the app without the use of a web portal or desktop application. Hence, your design should accommodate this unique requirement.
