React / Flutter Mobile App with Admin Panel

I am looking for an experienced developer to create a React / Flutter mobile app with an Admin Panel for both Android and iOS platforms. The app will be built using C# language and the Admin Panel will be a requirement. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with both React and Flutter, and should have a deeper understanding of cross-platform mobile application development.
