React.js and Express.js based website -- 2

We already have an android app and basic frontend and dashboard for website, we want some additional functionalities. From mobile app to record user data and send user data to the web server and getting data to represent value in the graph and other tasks as per the word document. Person with skills on Android app, React.js, Express.js, MySQL will be prioritized.
