ROKU App w/ Web View for Christian TV

I'm urgently seeking a detailed-oriented app developer who can design a ROKU application for my Christian TV Service. The service will feature an extensive array of 83 channels, all falling under various Christian categories. Here's a breakdown of what I need:
- 83 channel integration: Each channel should have its logo and title, and must be compatible for use with embed Web View and TV Remote.
- Channel Categorization: The channels should be broken down into the following categories for easier navigation:
- Preaching and Teaching
- Worship
- Bible Study
- Christian Movies
- Inspirational Talks
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in ROKU app development
- Familiarity with the ROKU interface and functionality
- Knowledge of Christian content is a significant advantage
- Must have a good grasp of user-interface design.

I am looking for a developer to create a Roku app with a TV Guide UI that will contain embedded TV channels. The app will primarily focus on Faith and Family Friendly channels.
This ROKU APP must run on a tv screen and work with a TV Remote control. Customer should be able to use a tv remote to control the app. The app must have my iFRAME embed tv channels from my web site. Also the app will have my on demand content. We will not contain any SHOW TIMES and Dates! This app must be able to update when my web site is updated.
You may need make API so our embed channels can run on roku. Our channels are not mp4 videos and we do not have data for videos. Our channels are <iframe> codes or other embed codes. And would not run native on roku without API or a work around.
Things we want in the app:
* Our 81 Christian embed live channels (not native mp4 or videos), they are web view only <iframe> etc
* Channel names, channel # along with logo's. All on the main page. So users can choose what to watch on the TV GUIDE.
* The TV showtimes (dates - times) are OPTIONAL to include.
* Search bar, search based on categories or keywords like channel names
* Categories for channels
* ON-DEMAND YOUTUBE VIDEOS DO NOT NEED TO BE INCLUDED
* TV Remote must work with basic functions!

You must be okay to work within our project BUDGET. You must be okay with working for a Christian company and working with a smaller - limited - low budget.
