RFID read and print tag app

I am looking for a skilled developer to create an RFID read and print tag app for Android. The app must be compatible with a specific RFID reader that I have in mind. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing Android apps and integrating databases. Additionally, the app should have database integration to store and manage user accounts. Real-time tracking is not a requirement for this project.
