RFID programmer to develop a Windows/Android application

Hi, my name is Jorge Martínez from Mexico and I am looking for a programmer to develop a Windows/Android application that uses RFID technology.

Project Description:
The main objective of the application is: Inventory management and sales through RFID using our point of sale (POS).
The application will need to integrate with RFID readers.

We are working with a Chinese brand called Chafon chafon.com
• RFID Reader:
o Brand: Chafon.
o Model: H103
o Sending H103 SDK documentation

• RFID Desktop Reader:
o Brand: Chafon.
o Model: CF600
o Sending CF600 SDK documentation

• RFID Label:
o Brand: Chafon
o Model: G9904 and G9201
o Shipping features.
o Labels are to be printed on a Zebra printer.

• Integration with RFID readers: Compatibility with Windows/Android[
• Data Management: Storage and processing of data from RFID tags.
• User Interface: A friendly interface to allow store personnel and warehouse personnel to use it with ease. Preferably in Spanish.
• Security: Implementation of security measures to protect information.
