Quick Modifications to Java Android App

I need an experienced Android developer to make some quick changes to my existing Java Android app. The project should take no longer than 4 hours.

Changes to be made:
1) Bypass OTP Screen: Currently, when a user signs up, they need to go through an OTP screen. This screen needs to be removed so that users are directed straight to the home page after signing up.
2) Update Payment Gateway URL: There's a payment gateway in the app that needs an update. The URL path needs to be changed to the new one.
3) Delete Specific Screens: Two screens need to be deleted from the app. Specifically, I want the 'Wallet' page removed and the 'Privacy Policy' screen deleted.

The 'Privacy Policy' screen is currently displayed on the 'Main Menu Screen'.
