Python backend to be used into java: creade android app from scratch

A hole project working on python backend, the requirement is to use it into java android app. Only pro python AND java can post.
Your job will be:
- create design of java UI/UX android app
- link python backend running inside the phone using desired API (Chaquopy, Kivy, ...)
- add UI/UX modules to java app (Map tracking, license module, ...)
