Push Notification Integration for React Native App

I need help implementing push notifications for my web application converted to mobile using React, Vite, Supabase, and Capacitor in Android Studio.

Requirements:
- Use FCM or OneSignal
- Handle both user action-triggered and scheduled notifications
- Default notification appearance
