Publish an already develop android app.

I'm looking to hire someone to publish an already developed Android app to Google Play. The app files are ready to be uploaded, and I have all the relevant graphics (icon, screenshots, etc.) ready to go. This isn't quite a development job, as the app is already built -- I just need an experienced professional to get it published to the store of my choice.
