Prototype Mobile App Development

I want to create a Mobile App which connects to AWS IoT and can be used as a consumer product for Smart Home applications. The task will involve researching and prototyping about different available SDKs (Android, iOS, React Native, etc) or other AWS services and finding the most optimal path to development.
