Property management app

I need an Android app MVP for landlords to:
• Add properties
• Add tenants
• Track rent (paid/unpaid)
• View a simple dashboard
• Send automated SMS + WhatsApp rent reminders

Tech preference:
• Flutter / FlutterFlow OR simple native Android
• Firebase or Supabase backend

IMPORTANT:
• I must own all source code
• App must be deployable to my own Google Play Console
• Developer must document basic setup
• We can talk about building the app more features and building it on ios
