Am looking to build a tenant loyalty app

Rental Payment on time
Tenant registration
Tenant Personal and Lease details
Tenant agrees to get monthly approval on rental payments(Checkbox to confirm discussion with landlord)
Monthly text alert to landlord to confirm payment on time
landlord approves or disapproved via text message
Metro 2 format sent to Transunion
Rent on Time - status assigned if all payments on time, 3 months straight to receive the status else lose status

Tenant tasks -
Tenant sees all tasks that are possible to do with possible cashback
Text message notification to join app to landlord
landord has to sign up
landlord will connect with tenant
Landlord have to review and edit checklist
Landlord to setup points (info on points and cashback)
Landlord can assign tasks, view cashback
Text notification to tenant(Confirm and multiple assurances that tenant can do task)
Tenant goes to app, says it is complete, upload pics/video, send to landlord for approval and cashback
Landlord says yes, tenant confirms that payment and points redeemed
