Property Management Web & Mobile Platform

Job ID: 40461686

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

What I need
I am a private UK landlord with residential properties. I need a personal property management Progressive Web App (PWA) built for my own use this is NOT a SaaS product or a startup. It is a private tool for my portfolio only.
I have an existing reference product I’sd like to follow. Build me something similar in look, feel, and function, with additional features listed below.
I also have a fully working React prototype already built. This covers the UI, user flows, and logic. You are not designing from scratch — you are engineering a production-ready app from existing work.

• Property and tenant details
• Full chronological transcript
