Project with UI only need the function

Hello ..

This is not a project for a business. The UI is already build using Android studio and the pages are connected together. I only need the Functions work we don't need to put lots of user only 3 users enough and one location.
What I need is . .

An application that build with android studio and connected with firebase. The application will have two mode First modes the father mode and second mode is the admin mode. The application will have only login mode there is no signup in the login page.

First mode, when the father login he will see 3 options 1-to call the student which is a function that you will program when the father arrive the school the system will automatically call the student throw the website that I’m gonna talk about later, you can do this function throw GPS and saving the location of the student school in the father information. Second option 2- View student report here the father will see full report of each student that he has in the school he can search for student and when he press the name of the student another page will open and he will see a full report of his student attendance for ex the day and if he was absent or attend and when did he came and when did he left from the school and if he came late or in that day the school have comment on him. Note the attendees information we will take them from RFID CARD READER that you will do and connect it to the firebase and put it in the application and then give me the instructions to make the hardware and I already have them. Third opinion 3- The prmint is when the father can not come to the school he can make anybody else has a temporary access to his account so when he go to the school his name will show that he took them not the father and this access will be only for 7 hours.

Now for the second mode, administration mode: first option Registration or the signup the administrator will be responsible to add new user to the app so when you open the option you will have to write the info of new father name,phone number, ID , date of birth, student that is related to him name and id 2-Second option is to add new student same information of the father Third option 3- Administrators can delete and update the information of the father or the student. Fourth option 4- the administrators can see all the report for all the student in the screen and they can search for each student and see his all information. This is for the app —————-

For the website I only want a web with any language without login or logout just webpage to show the student name. As we said in the app when the father arrive the school we save the school location in his database so when he arrive automatically will call his student and this website will show the name of the student and call it by voice that we will record and give it to you. This is the only thing that we want form website.
