Before heading to any NDA, We'll write a General idea.
The application consistent of different phases.
For Phase1:
1) Registration model.
2) Maps model.
3) Favorites/Like model.
4) Sharing model.
5) Bilingual interface English LTR, Arabic RTL (both languages will b delivered to bidder on a selected paltdorm excel,xml ... Etc).
Of course a backend should allow the admin to control maps and users, and more.
Will discuss with the bidder more details.
The project should work on both iOS & Android.
Flutter is a favorable language.
Firebase is also favorable for management.
A bidder who gets the Phase 1 of the project will get an advantage on other bidders for other Phases.
