Project Management PHP admin portal and iOS and Android app

Create project management web portal in PHP with iOS and Android Apps. ALL below functionality should be made available in web portal and iOS and Android apps.

I will need original source code. All data should be saved / viewed using API. I will give API details and all additional project details including wireframes, UI / UX details once the project is confirmed.

Customer Section:
- Create new customer and share username password
- Customer can create different users under their category with different levels of permission (view only, regular user, admin user)
- Track location of each hardware project on map (location provided by API)
Project Section:
- Customer can create new project and add users to that project
- - User can linked to multiple projects
- Project will have start date and end date
- Add hardware device to each project (e.g., screwdriver, drill machine, etc)
Device Section:
- Add / update device details
- Maintenance / Service log report
Reports Section:
- Report per customer on all types of devices used
- Report per device on which all customers have used it
Admin section:
- Admin should be able to perform all tasks above such as customer, project, device, reports, etc
- Admin should have universal search functionality to search on all above items such as customer, project, device, etc
