Print Image in arabic letters by POS thermal Printer (xamarin Froms)

I am looking for someone to work on creating a project that will involve printing an Arabic invoice image on a POS thermal printer. I need someone with a good understanding of Xamarin Forms. Arabic will be the language of the print, and the image that needs to be printed is a text-based image. (android + IOS )

The printer to be used for the printing will be a POS Thermal Printer. With the right skillset, this should be a straightforward job.
