Price Check and Report app

Hello ,
I need a mobile app for Android & Apple users for price checking and reporting.
1. prices are uploaded using CSV file.
2. users of the application can scan product-barcode to run a price check.
3. If price is not correct it will be reported with GEO-Location using google maps and if its available show shop-name (Google Maps)
4. Optional the app users can take picture to send as proof.
All data send by App-users should be visible organized for the administrators
