Prepare Android Apps and Upload to Store

I need an experienced Android developer to prepare and upload my Android apps to the Play Store. The apps are ready, but they need to be properly packaged and uploaded.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Android app development
- Experience with Google Play Store submission
- Strong understanding of app packaging and preparation

Please note that I don't have the designs or specific features outlined yet, so a developer who can assist with this would be a plus.
