AI-Powered Meeting Summary App

I’m building a mobile app that listens to a meeting and hands me back a clean, well-structured summary—nothing more, nothing less. The goal is simple: record or upload meeting audio, let an AI engine do the heavy lifting, then deliver a shareable summary inside the app and as a downloadable .txt or .pdf. I want this running smoothly on both iOS and Android, so pick the framework you’re most confident will give us solid performance and future flexibility—whether that’s native Swift/Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, or something comparable.

For the AI layer, I’m open to suggestions: Whisper + GPT, an OpenAI speech model, or any alternative you can prove is accurate and cost-effective. The UI can stay lightweight; clarity and speed matter more than flashy graphics.

Acceptance criteria
• End-to-end flow works on recent iOS and Android devices.
• A one-hour recording produces a summary in under two minutes.
• Export buttons create properly formatted text and PDF files identical to the on-screen version.
• You provide source code, model prompts, and build/run instructions so I can replicate the setup later.
