Power apps expert

I am looking for a power apps expert to develop a cross-platform app for me. The app should have the following features and functionalities:

- Workflow automation: The app should be able to automate various workflows and processes.
- Data entry and storage: The app should allow users to enter and store data efficiently.
- User authentication and security: The app should have user authentication and security features to protect sensitive information.

The preferred platform for the app is both iOS and Android, so the app should be compatible with both operating systems.

I am looking to have the project completed within a timeframe of 3-4 weeks.
