Scope of Work (SOW)
Project Title: Power App Development for Production & Equipment Tracking
Objective:
The goal of this project is to develop a Power App that enables efficient data entry, reporting, and analysis of production tracking, equipment cycle times, downtime logs, employee labor costs, and ore price-based costing. The app will integrate Dataverse tables, apply auto-population logic, and provide embedded Power BI dashboards for KPI monitoring.
Scope of Work Overview
The freelancer will be responsible for:
1. Dataverse Table Design & Configuration
- Set up Dataverse tables with required fields and relationships.
- Configure auto-populated fields using LookUp() functions.
- Implement calculated fields for production metrics and lost production costs.
2. Power App Development
- Create screens for data entry, including:
- Production Input Screen
- Truck Cycle Counter Screen
- Excavator & Truck Downtime Log Screens
- Employee & Fuel Cost Data Screens
- Ensure dropdowns are linked to lookup tables for data consistency.
- Apply auto-population logic (e.g., pulling truck type when Truck ID is selected).
3. Dashboard & Reporting Functionality
- Build in-app galleries & charts to visualize production KPIs.
- Develop calculations for daily, weekly, monthly aggregates.
- Configure Power BI tile integrationfor interactive KPI reports.
4. Power BI Reports Integration
- Create Power BI dashboards showcasing:
- Production efficiency trends.
- Operator performance comparisons.
- Lost production metrics and costs.
- Embed Power BI reports within the Power App.
5. Data Sync & Offline Functionality (Optional)
- Implement offline data collection logic using LoadData() and SaveData().
- Allow users to submit offline data and sync it when online.
6. Deployment & Testing
- Publish & Share the Power App via Power Apps portal.
- Test auto-population, calculations, reporting accuracy, and UI responsiveness.
- Gather user feedback to refine the app.

1. Fully functional Power App with:
- Dataverse-integrated forms and auto-populated dropdowns.
- Production tracking, downtime logs, and cycle records screens.
- Embedded Power BI dashboards.
2. Documentation:
