Power App Dropdown Conversion

I have a power apps that I am working on. The power app is already up and running. I use a list as a Data source to my Power App. My list has a Text column titled "Name".
Now, in my power apps, I have a form connected to the list. The form highlights all the columns from my list as well as the column "Name". The Datacard connected to the Text column "Name" can take in Text input as usual.
But I want something different from the Datacard. The requirements are given below.
1. I want this Datacrd to run as a DropDown.
2. It should show all the employee in my tenant.
3. The user should be able to search by the employee's name or email.
4. The user using the app can select only one employee from the dropdown.
5. After submitting the form, the backend list column should be updated with the Display name of the selected employee.
For now, my users are inputting the employee's name manually. I want to make it dynamic.
I have attached a demo screenshot. As you can see, my form has multiple data. There is a column named "Name" which should be converted into a dropdown with all the users in my tenant.
NB: Just to clarify, I do not want to change my list. I do not want to update the list's Text column to a person column.
