Post my app on Google Play

I have an Android application apk file or aab bundle which needs to be posted on Google Play Store. My developer has tried multiple times, but google removes our account telling us that we have violated some policies or our associated developer accounts have done the same. So I need someone to put my app on Google Play store successfully.
