Port 1-2 functions from a Android/Web-JS SDK to pure Dart for use in (Flutter Web, iOS and Android)

I need only non-UI 2 functions of the following Android SDK ported to pure Dart so I can use in Flutter Web, iOS and Android: https://github.com/Mastercard-Gateway/simplify-android-sdk

I only need to be able to execute the following example code:

1. new SimplifyMap()
2. simplify.createCardToken()

Also need you to publish on pub.dev.

Alternatively, you can just instead port the SimplifCommerce.generateToken() function from https://www.simplify.com/commerce/v1/simplify.js
