Port Android VPN app to IOS -- 2

I need someone to port my Android VPN app to IOS.

Here are the requirements:
- I will provide you the full Android source code.
- You will port all functions to IOS using a similar GUI and create a full working IOS app and publish on it App Store using our account.
- App must work without problems on both iPhone and iPad. App must pass Apple requirements and must be published on App Store.
I will choose the lowest bid with the most experience. Please send sample work.
