Poor people donation

I want app that make poor happy as much as we can
That can make them account with proof that they can’t get income and we open for that account so any donating go directly to the person without going out or find poor people to help
And I want to get plans for companies that help people so for example
Plan #1 2400$ For families with 3 to 4 people for the person pick a poor family and send them 200$ monthly ex
Second idea I want in the app
For example 2,000,000 donations
Any one can but as much as they can so when reach the limit we travel to any country that need help
Off course their will be details section about the donations and where we will be traveling to help people
And the last idea
Meals donations for people really need food and that going to be for example 20$ for person for breakfast lunch and dinner one time payment for a person
Off course their we will be low fees for donations so we can pay or workers it’s going to be as low as 1%
