Photo & Video Collaboration App

I'm looking for a skilled app developer to create a photo and video sharing iOS/Android app with chat and collaboration tools. The main focus of the app is high-quality photo and video sharing with the following features:

Photo and Video Sharing:
- High Quality Uploads: The app must support uploading high-quality photos and videos.
- Editing Tools: There should be built-in editing tools for users to enhance their media before sharing.
- Annotation: Users should be able to annotate on their photos and videos.

Collaboration Features:
- Real-time Comments: Users should be able to leave comments in real-time.
- File Sharing: The app must support sharing files other than photos and videos.

Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience in developing iOS and Android apps, particularly those focused on photo and video sharing.
