Phone Pe Integration in Backend Dashboard - Java, Php, Rest API

I am looking for a developer who can integrate Phone Pe into our backend dashboard. This is a backend for an android application. We have already integrated Phone pe in Android Application, we need to create rest api and setup phone pe in backend dashboard. The backend already have Razorpay, Stripe, Paytm integrated, i wouldn't mind if you can just make some changes over paytm code and integrate the phone pe payment gateway. The ideal candidate should have experience in Java, PHP, and Rest API.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in PHP programming language
- Ability to create APIs for the integration
- Knowledge of Rest API
- Experience with Phone Pe integration is a plus

Timeline:
- The integration needs to be completed within two days
